When you leave comments on the website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form from the site’s backend as all comments are subjects to review before being approved for publishing. This we do to reduce spam links or irrelevant comments or off topics to the particular topics of interest on the website. We are trying to maintain a healthy niche.
Contact forms
This website does not use contact forms on the site. To make it worth your time, users can send an email to b@beatrice.com.ng to reach out to Beatrice (beatrice.com.ng). We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason for which you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. Information submitted to our site’s email is sent to our company email, hosted by Zoho. Registration Data
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration, a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, though it is not required. If you register on our website, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except by changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.
Purchase Data
To receive product support, you have to have one or more Beatrice.com.ng purchase codes on our website. These purchase codes will be stored together with support expiration dates and your user data. This is required for us to provide you with downloads, product support, and other customer services.

Google Analytics

Newsletters
On the website, you may subscribe to our newsletter through the service Mailchimp (you can review their privacy policy here), which may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. The pixel is embedded in emails and allows an analysis of the success of online marketing campaigns. Because of these tracking pixels, we may see if and when you open an email and which links within the email you click. Also, this allows the Website to adapt the content of future newsletters to the interests of the user. This behavior will not be passed on to third parties.

Orders
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). If you are not a registered client for our site, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding you. If you are a client with a registered account, your personal information can be accessed by:

When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.
If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except by changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information
8. Security Measures
We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personally identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.
In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users, and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.
